Dr. Sri graduated with a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from an accredited American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA) veterinary college in India in 2004. She moved to the United States in 2005 after getting married to Dr. Gutta, who is also a practicing veterinarian with San Marco Animal Hospital. After Dr. Sri successfully completed the Educational Equivalency Assessment Certification program, administered by the American Veterinary Medical Council, she began working at Clay County Humane Society and stayed with them for more than 2 years.
