Dr. Wilber is originally from Northern Ohio. She considers herself to be one of the lucky ones in life to be able to enjoy her work every day. Caring for animals has been her passion since she was a child walking all the neighborhood dogs and working with horses at the public stable. She obtained her doctorate in 1993 at The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine. After graduation, Dr. Wilber practiced in Atlanta, Georgia, for over 11 years before moving to South Florida in 2004. She has been the medical director at VCA Brickell since its inception in June of 2009.

The care is excellent and the vet is very knowledgeable. The only downside is that wait times can be a bit long during busy periods. But the quality of care makes up for it.
